DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Squeeze approx. 1 tablespoon of body scrub into the palm of your hand and gentle rub on the desired body area. Leave for 2-3 minutes and wash off. For optimal results follow exfoliation with Pure Mama Belly Oil.
